1799 at the Dwelling House of the late
No 3 in Hall Moon Street Piccadilly in the parish of
St. George Hanover Square overseer of the Body of
then & there lying
dead as follow to wit

being sworn saith that I was sent for

to the Deced, be found here Mr. Forster
& Mr. Cook. the Deced this Dept
has leaout) had taken some arasenie
which Mr. Forster told this Dept.
he had told nine to Kill Rate
the Deced asked the St. Mr Forster
if any accident should happen what

human being the Quantity told
