being sworn saith that [..] the dead was been
for many Year in the Mercantile
time he has not had an ill
that of Health but has been very
much given to drinking & particularly
for the last fornight on saturday night
last he went to bed between 9 & 11 drink in Liguor
she went to Bed about 11 he was
then asleep She rose abot 7 o'Clock
and under morning then believes
he was alive the went to call been
about ½ past 9 but he did not unserve
