Body having just turned the Corner of out
Swallow Street into new Burlington
Street upon which I went immediately to
her, and another Person lifter her up
from of the Ground and she expired in
her Arms without speaking a Word,
and the Wheel appeared to have gone
along the right Hole of her Body and her Head
That the Dray was going very slow that
the Drew was on her Proper station on
the left side of the Horses.

Coal Porter being sworn deposeth as follows
Vizt. That on Monday Evening last between
the Hours of 4 and 5 having delivered some Coals.

Coals at a House No. 2 in New Burlington
Street as I was Coming up the Steps out of
the Area there a Rhoues Stay was going
along new Burlington Street belonging to Mr, Lewis Bennet< no role > Old Street out of
Swallow Street and I saw a Woman
down upon the Ground in Or Street at the Croping
there and Iron to pick her up but before
I Could get to her the Wheel of the
Dray went over her head, and when the
Wheel was past over her about a Yard
I picked her up, but she never spoke
but expired immediately, that the
Driver was on the off side being the
right Side, that he was driving the
Dray slowly and was doing his Duty &
I do not think he was at all too blame
