Informations on Witnesses
taken that 16 May 1799
at the Dwelling House of John Plant< no role > the
Sign of the [..] head in James Street in
the Parish of St. Margaret on View of the
Body of Hannah Mundy< no role > then & there lying
dead.

Thomas James< no role > House [..] Surgeon at he
Week [..] Inform}
being Sworn saith that the Deced was best
into sd. Informing on Thursday [..] Morning last
the 9th. Inst. this Dept. was then out of
down & did not [..] till about 12
o' Clock on Friday Morning He enquired
into the Cause of being not there &
leaout [..] that it was in consequence
of being consied & hurt Upon examining
per he found the had acceined a Wound
on the left Preart in the some charp
[..] cuted Instrumt about ½ an Inch
in length & had penetrated into the
Cavits of the Throax about half on
Inchs the did not complaint of pair
about the part where the covent
was but of have further down about
the Small Ribs the Complained of an
[..] oppression on the Stomach
& ad kinltly of Respiration there
