had ran over a Man he turned about and I
then saw the deceased lying on the Ground in the
Street (not upon the Footway) and Crutch
lying by him, and it appeared some that he
must have fallen from off the Foot-Way and
that one of the last Wheels went over his
Head and crushed it as by the light of a
Candle I percived part of his Brains lay
on the Ground & [..] by his head, and I have
reason to believe that as the Boy who drove
the Cart was in his right Station that he
was not bl [..] meable, hust that the deceased
accidentally came by his death and I
afterwards was informed that Mr. Bay thorne
the Parish Beadle conveyed the Body to St.
Martin's Bone house

Deodand and Forfiture Value one Shilling
