An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King at the House of John Plant< no role > the sign of the Kings head in James Street in the parish
[..] Margaret within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church
[..] Westminster , in the County of Middlesex , the third day of April 1799
[..] ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third,
[..] of God, of Great-Britain, France, and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith,
[..] before Anthony Gell< no role > , Esq . Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City
[..] on View of the Body of Charles James Rossini< no role > then and there
[..] pon the Oath of the several Jurors whose Names are here under written, and
Seals affixed, good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly chosen, who being then and
there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by
what Means the said Charles James Rossine came to h is Death, do upon
their Oath say that the said Charles James Rossini on the
day of March in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the liberty
aforesaid To Wit in the Apartment of his Mother sutuate in Dukis
Court then and there being alone It so happened that accidentally
casually and by Misfortune the Appeal which he the said Charles James
[..] there had on his Body, took for by means whereof
and from the Home arising therefrom he the said Charles James
Rossini was her then and bound: of which said Burning he the
said Charles James Rossini at the Westminster Infirmary did languist
and long his being did his until the second day of April in the Year
aforesaid: on which said second day of April in the Year
aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty aforesaid to
Wit in the Westminster Infirmary aforesaid he the said
Charles James Rossini of the said Burning did die
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say that the said Charles James Rossini in manner
and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and
by Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise.

IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said Jurors, have to this Inquisition
set their Hands and Seals the Day, Year,and Place first above written,
