, who informed this Deponent that
the deceased had been wounded in attempting
to apprehend some Persons at a Public
House in Saint Giles's
, that upon examining
the Body of the deceased (who at the time was
quite sensible) he discovered that he had
receiving three Wounds on the Head, one on
his left Shoulder & the Arm also broken, or
small Wound at the Corner hart of thesaid
left [..]
right Arm and another on the right Hand and a Wound also on
the right Leg, that Mr. Griffithes Surgeon
and this Deponent have attended the deceased
[..] and dressed the Wounds every day
and adminated Medicines Etc requisite on
this Occasion until the time of his decease
which happen'd on Tuesday last (the
twenty recevd Instant) about seven o'Clock
in the morning and this Deponent is of
Opinion that the Wounds which the deceased
had received was the Cause of his death
