To Mr. Lynn Surgeon in Parliament Street
to ask his Advice and request his Assistance
if necessary, but Mr. Lynn being from Home
this Deponent returned, and took off the Cap
of the Deceased and with his Fingers soon
traced the hindermost Fracture on the left side of her
Headwhich,the next morning (Sunday)
about ten o'Clock he sent for a Barber
who Shaved her Head when this Deponent Discovered
another Fracture immediately behind
her Ear on the same Side of her Head;
Through both there Fractures this Deponent
passed a Probethrough Hinto the Cavity
of the Cranium, from these Circumstances
this Deponent has no doubt that [..]
External Violence was the Cause of the
Death of the Deceased; that on the said
Sunday morning this Deponent saw
an Iron Bill Hook Lying on the Hearth
in the room of the Deceased, which Instru
-ment from the appearence of the Fractures
of the Scull of the deceased, this Deponent
is

is of Opinion is equal to the Production
of them if used by a Man's hand.
