in the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square at the [..] of John Franfield< no role > the
Sign of the [..] Cle [..] of Piccadilly
be [..] Majestys
Coroner for the said City & Liberty
touching the death of Samuel Milton< no role >
then of there lying [..] to wit

William Bartless< no role > of [..] ford them her
being [..] that on Monday last
[..] about [..] after fine
in the [..] room the Deceased who [..]
Bridleper [..] was at Pork at Cam [..] House
Born doing School Kensington palling down
an old [..] Way leading from the
Field to the Garden, aged this Deponent was
apprehensive of the Danger that the deceased
and others there [..] and told then to get
a Board to [..] open to award the Danger
of the Arch Felling and the [..] being upon it
and whilst a Labourer was gone for a
Board the Deceased shack the Arch with
a Pick-Ax t [..] Consequence of which
Stroke the Arch gave way and he fell with it
upon
