taken this 12 Sept 1798 at the House
of Mr Reminer the Sign of the Bull in St. Annes Court Wardon
Street in the Parish of St. Anne Soho on view of the Body of

Thos Byfield< no role > of Compton Street in the Parish of St
Anne soho , Carver
being sworn saith that Yesterday Evening between
the tour of 7 & 8 then Dept. was present with
several other & a Constable when the broke open
the Bed room Door of the Deced in the Dwelling
House of Mattias Hart< no role > inSt Ann wardon Street on
Catering they saw the Deced in his bed with
his Throat & a Vasor lying on the Ground by
the Bed Side. the Key was in the Lock of
the Bed Room Door with in Side further he
Knoweth not.

Alleyne Cappard< no role > of Fountain Court in the
Strand Atty being sworn Saith that
the Deced by Profession was an Engraver
on Monday afternoon last the Dept
at the request of his Wife Cubo was released
to the Deced (event with her to the Combe a
Baker inlittle old Borwell Court Carey
Street )in Consigson entering the House the
Combe sold this Dept. that about eight
o'Clock that Morning the Deced ran into
the House with his Dog under his born
