York St . Parish of St. Margt . on View of
the Body of Jane Faircloth< no role >

William Flyn< no role > of No. 38 York Street
being sworn saith that the deced went
to him on Monday to visit her as she
was very ill this Dept, could not then
go & therefore the deced said that the
would call on him the next day she
accordingly came between 1 & 2 he
conveyed with he about 5 Minutes
she was then very ill. then Dept. went
up Stair & ordered a Pacon of Broth it
came but she expired. Two persons of
that Faculty were immediately sent
who used every means in their some
but to no Effect she was convey
from his House to her Apartment
in about 14 Minutes
she was an out Patient up the Westmr.
& had been to about 5 Weeks one of the
Gentleman of the Faculty said to this
