Charles Nesbit< no role > of Kew in the County of
Surry Surgeon being Sworn deporeth
That on Sunday Night but (29th. of
July abot Euphens the deceased was brought to
the Saint George Hospital and the
Person who brought him informed this
Deponent that in the deceased was roding
one of the Grandler Henry Horses
in the Ride in Hyde park as he was
turning short round the Horse fell
with the deced andupon one of the
Fast of the deceased by what his foot
was very much cut and bruised
and notwithstanding every Means
was used [..] to recover him he continued
to get worst and and certification wch place be died on Sunday
last and this Deponent is family of
Opinion that he died in Consequemce of
the cuts and Bruise he received in his foot
by the said Horse felling down upon it
