June 1798 at the House of Charles Savage< no role > the Sign
of the Kings head Chelsea in the parish of
St. George Hanover Square on view of the body
of Thomas Bramwell< no role > .

Wm Evans< no role > Paradise Row Chelsea Waterman
being sworn saith that near 7 o'Clock on
Wednesday Evening last he was sowing up
against tide & sevan nearly opposite the
Spread Casle on Mill Bank several
Person collectedan Enquiry he found
that the deced was under water a Boat
with a Let [..] came in about 10
Minutes & in the Course of three
Quarter of an hear he was found & that
[..] he was under water at least
shown Esqr. Medical & distance was
sent for but without Effect he understood
that the reced & his Neither went into the
Water to bathehe has no [..] but
their at was accidental.
