taken this 29 May 1798
in the dwelling House of William Vice< no role > the Sign of
the Monster near the Willow Walk in the parish of
St. Geo: Hanr: Square on view of the Body of Augustus Russell< no role >
aged abt 2 years
Sarah Belson< no role > on Mill Bank near the heir Distillers
being sworn saith that the Deceds left leg was quite
nithered & always went upon Crtches that the
Mother & the deced have lived at her House about
2 yrs. It has alway be in usual to let him
go out without the (one of another person
the deced was in general very [..] of the water
[..] he never went into it to her Knowledge
on friday Evening between 8 & 9 o'Clock
on [..] was given that the Child was
drowned this Dept. went out immediately
& he was taken out of the water in the [..]
Trousers of & Shoes but nothing else means
were used [..] recovery but in vain
she has no doubt but that it was accidental
