Apothecary
being
sworn deposeth that his has attended the deceased for the
Space of a Fortnight last preceding his Death during
which times he had a Fever of TyphusFeveroxford
tending to Pretridity on whom Dr. Turtan the
Physician a Hearted and this Deponent administered the
Medicines which Dr. Turton Prescribed & whichnotwere
the Medicines usually ordered in such Cases that
ontheSunday Evening last (the 25th. Instant) this
Deponent observed him to be in a considerable State
of Dilirant whereupon he went to Dr. Turton and
apprized of it, who ordered & Blister to be applied
to the Back of the deceased which was forthwith
done by this Deponent thatinnext Day
(Monday 26th.) he enquired of there who attended him
where he was, and from that and other Circumstances
