and Under Dr Nihells Care of Leicester

Apothecary Mount Street it must be
at the Risk of My Life to Attend your
summons on the Death of Ann Barrell< no role >
of the Albermarll Arms South Street
South Audley Street I give you this
information in due Time to save Trouble
etc. had I been in Health or fit too
Venture out I would have Attended
with Pleasure but I am Deaf likewise
so could hear no Argument on the
Occassion to give a just Decission
