this 29th. July 1797 at the House
of Mr. Lathamthe Sign of the
White Hart Knightsbridge Parish
of St. George Hanover Square an view
of the Body of Ann Stocks< no role >

Mary Hopkins< no role > 28 Knightsbridge
being Sworn, saith, that, she has known
the Deced for 12 Months, and 5 Months,
had she had an Apoplectic & lost the
use of her right Arm she was
walking about pretty well on the
Wednesday last that abt 7 o' Clock
on Thursday morng last the 26 last
she was sent for to the Deced she
went immediately & saw the Deced
lying in the Vault - they this Dept. & Mrs. Blackburn went immediately
& removed the Deced up Stairs & sent
for Medical Assistance - Mr Richardson
came & declared she had been seized
with a Apoplectic fit of which she
immediately died. the Dept. has no doubt
but she died a natl. Death.
