-Dresser being sworn deposeth
that to the best of his Knowledge
he thinks it was on Friday Morning last
the 21st. of July Instant he was
at Work in his Shop which he
rents in New Tothill Street
& Serjeant Noble was in the
said Shop and asked others
who were there if the would join for some
Gin and three half Quarterns were sent for
and this Deponent and his Journey Man and
the said Serjeant Noble and the deceased
drunk the said Gin in the Shop and she
then thanked the Serjeant for it and this
Deponent is convinced there was nothing
in the Gin that could hurt any one as they
all drank of the same Liquor and out
of the same Glass.
