at the Dwelling house of the late John
Jackson

Street before Anthony Gell< no role > his
Majesty's Coroner for the said
City and Liberty touching the
Death of the said John Jackson< no role >
then and there Lying dead as
follow, to Wit.

Thomas Skip< no role > Dyot Bucknall
Member for St Alban being sworn
deposeth that the deceased has been
Agent to him for the Space of four
Year last past by whom he has been
employed by this Deponent to prepare
Leases for him of his different Estates
and several Leases were to have been
ready to have been executed the latter
End of last Summer which were
not ready when this Deponent
came to Town and called upon
him in January last on which
