Hill

John Jones Evans< no role > Manager at the Workhouse of
St Geo: Hanover Square being sworn, saith, that the Deced was brot to
the sd. Workhouse on Monday having
last about 9 o'Clock in a Hackney
Coach-this Dept. believes the Deced
wardend before he near take out
of the Coast Mr [..] Assistance
came but declared him to be dead
that decd. had been a Pauperen there
Workhouse but was sent last
Wednesday to the other Workhouse
in Chelsea-he had been in a
very disordered State for come
time Pack this Dept. believes him to
have been Suddenly seized in Berkely
Shall that Evening & thinks he died
a natural death

hath Death
