face pulled off his loat & ma [..] coat
& Shirt, there thence down upon the ground [..]
this Dept. observed the Deced lying along [..] the
[..] of the Chaise [..] blood on the seat Le put on his Cloath
again & this Dept. called for
Assistance some persons laid hold
of Ld: Fredk. & took him tothe Mary le
bone Court House. he made no resistant
[..] this Dept. came back to the Chaise
& further he saith not. Chrestopher [..]
they mere about 1 hour [..] ½ coming from
Ilford to London.

[..] March portition being sworn saith, that
Ld Fred. just as they mere going from
[..] fad this morng at 4 O'Clock had
Fredk. put his hand out of the Chaise &
afered this Dept. [..] say ing he
might meet some poor woman who
had cort her [..] art hand & might fine
A her the orther said told Fred: he har
better put it in his pocket [..] he did.
Ld Fred Sat on the right side of the
Chaise & that side Window was open
when they arrived at Mite [..]

He Leard the report of the pistol & said
immediately a pistol th [..] out of the Sondrs. the opposite side to where he sat fall to the ground
a Watchman picked it up & Ld Fredk
desired him to go [..] the two fround
Windows wh [..] downon passing through
oxford Road , Ld Fredk. put [..] his Hat
out of the Carriage & waved it hill there
Arrival in Oxon Sheet this Dept. did not
know there was a second person in
the Chaiseas before
come of the blood in the Chaise appeared
dry & hart some person took a Dullet
from the bottom of the Chaise

that the Body of the Deced had been
