Oct. 1795 at the House of John Smith< no role > the
Sign of the Kings head in York Street Parish of St. Margts ,
on view of the Body of John Allmen< no role >
John Pearce< no role > Waterman at Mr Luxton foundling Arms St. Margts
Church Yard

At beingbeingSworn saith that, some time past above a Month
this Dept. & other take the Deced were in Mr. Luxton, public
House that abt 3 o' Clock this Dept. & other abt the House
& war going home up Tothill Tothill Street the Deced
followed then by himself & was in Liquor a Cart
with coming down Tothill Street & the deced felled
down & the Sd. Cartment over him another Cart
follcoming along look up the Deced & look lamb
the Infirmy the Dept. behaves it to have been an
accident to ago that behaves it to be an Accident
thus it was not light.

being Swon deporth & saith that the Deced was
brought [..] the Infirms [..] of 5 Week
last part when he first visited the Deced
he found that a Mortificatn had taken
in the ancle behavehe has attended him ever since
the mortificatn stopped some time falled since whichen the
Discharge has been so great that he could not
support In Consequence if this he died yesterday
eveng Everything was done as was judged
proper for whereon in that Situation
