Bartholomew Dawson< no role > Watchouse Keeper of St James
being sworn deposeth & saith that he was at the Watchouse
in Thursday Moong last its part 8 o'Clock the Deced
passed by at this time & to him appeared very much in liquor
he said pray good woman, take Care of yourself she made as
reply & walked away & he saw no [..] of her till between 6 &
7 of the Clock the same afternoon when she was brot. into
the Watchouse by two Soldiers she was then also very
much in liquorthe Soldier said they found the Deced in
piccadilly & was desired to bring her there by a Gent
who promised to give them some Beer for their honble
this Dept. did not [..] any marks a Dresser upon
the DecedShe was immediately taken down into the Ho [..]
and [..] the watchhouseShe asked this Dept. before
8 o'Clock that Eveng for some water & he gave her some
immediately this Dept. left the Watchouse at 8 o'Clock
that Eveng when he left her in the same State

John toutchfield< no role > Nightly Watchouse Keeper at the Parish
of St James being sworn saith the he came into the
Watchouse abt. 8 o'Clock on Thursday Eveng last
Dawron told this Dept. there were two Women & [..] Man in
the Hole but [..] mentioned to him any Change latue
to this Deced Abot. ¼ after nine o'Clock this Dept. took a
