this 21st. August 1795 at the House
of Mr. Harold the Sign of the Wilkin in Broad Court
Drury Lane parish of St. Martin in the Fields touchg.
the Death of William Symonds< no role > .

John Hewit< no role > & Assist. to Mr Wilson Surgeon Bedford Streete
Covet Garden being sworn saith, that, he opened the Body of the
Deced Yesterday afternoon abt, 4 o'Clockhe found
the inward Court of the Stomach considerably
inflamed in the Vicnity of each orifice but
Nothing of any Substance was discovered that
he was called to the Deced on the 19th. he found
him very sick, he was given to understand that
he has taken some arsenic he treated him
accordingly. he visited him again a second time in
the course of that when he found him very bad
Indeed witht. any hope of Recovery. he examined
particulates what the deced had brot. up &
evacuated but found in no Kinds of Substance that
[..] common fee Persons to be attacked in the
manner in which the Decd. was & to have had
the same Symptoms, & nevertheless it is very doublful
to [..] the real Causethis Dept. therefore cannot
