Informations of Witnesses taken this 13th.
day of May 1795 in the Parish of St. James
Westmr at the Dwelling House of Peter
Boyd
< no role > the Sign of the Coach and Horses in
Marlborough Street , before Anthony Gell< no role >
His Majesty's Coroner for the said City
and Liberty, touching the Death of
John Keete then and there lying
dead, as follow To wit.

William Smith< no role > one of the Beadles of St.
James's Westmr . Wing Sworn deposeth that
about ½ part 5 o'Clock Yesterday morning
(the 12th. May inst.) he was called uptoend was
informed by Mr. Brown a Taylor in Crown
Court Sherrard Street that the deceased who had
was a Taylor and had worked for him sometime
last part, had just dropped down dead near the
stall belonging to Mr. Brown by the Corner of
Queen Street and Shernard Street whereupon this
Deponent told him he would come directly and he
did and when this Deponent got there, he found the
