24th. day of March 1796 in the Parish of
St James Westminster at theDwelling
house of John Williams< no role > the Sign of the
White Lyon in Market Street in the
Parish aforesaid before Anthony Gell< no role > his
Majesty's Coroner for the sd City & Liberty
touching the Death of Joseph Natt< no role >
then and there lying dead as
follow to wit.

William Humby< no role > No. 22 St. Albons Street Apothy
being swom deponth that on Saturday night last
about 10 minutes after 11 he was sent for to a person
at the House of Mrs.in Market Lane who was
supposed to have been in Liquer and had fallen down
[..] on thestairs and appeared to be dead when this
Deponent were to the house he found the deceased
supported [..] the door in a sitting politionon the Landing place in the 2nd floor and sons
women were sprinkling his face with water imagining
he was in a fainting fit and whom this Deponent
examined him he found to all [..] dead that he was to appearance deed noticeible stiff
that he opened a Vein in his left Arm but very little
blood issued forth and therefore he thought it useless
to [..] to any further means as he was quite motion
less and dead. This Deponent further sayeth that he was informed at
