John Street< no role > a Prisoner in the said Prison being
sworn deposeth that he has been in the sd
Prison five Months that the deceased had
been during that time in good State of health
until within these ten days last past when
he was seized with a violent pain in his
left side during which time taken been
attended by one of the Medical Profession
who render'd him every medical assistance
for to remove the same but without the
desired Effect for that yesterday morning
