Informations of Witnesses taken this
2d Decr. 1794 at the Dwelling House of
Myre's Sign of the Rose & Crown in Dean Street Parish of
St. Anne Soho on View of the Body of Mary Strong< no role > :

Elizabeth foreman< no role > of No. 4 of St. Anne Court
being Sworn deposeth & saith, that, she [..] has rented the said House
near 1 & ½ year that the deced had lodged there one year before
this Dept. commenced Rent. & that the deced has Certuned
to lodge there ever since that the died used in general
to go out & washing that she washed father Dept. on last
thursday this Dept. saith that she believes to have had
in general a good State of Health but complained of
being ill abt Month the complained of a pain in her
head & back That last neck in particular she
complained must of the like pains this Dept
saith that the deced laid in Red all Sunday & this
Dept. carried her some mulled wine & all proper
Attention was pair lower her this Dept. did not see
her after 9 o'Clock night last this Dept
went the next morng [..] to [..] the deced abt. 9 o
Clock but form her dead the Dept her no
doubt whatever but she died a natural death
the deced was very much given to drinkg. & eat very
little she was confined when room since friday

Verdict
that Mary Strong< no role > [..] on Monday the 1st. Decr 1794
died a natural death by the visitation of god
& not otherwise
