aforesaid
being sworn deposeth & saiththat the Deced came to his
House on Monday last abt. 9 & appeared very ill. this Dept
askd. him what was the mattr. wth. him & he applied that he
had been seized on Sunday last with a Violent Pain in his
Bowellshe had three half penny wath of Pint & ment away
this Dept recommended him to take some [..] of Rhubarb
the Deed came to this Depts house again on Tuesday &
appeared somethg better he did not stay long but had
the same Quantity of Pint & then went away
this Dept. did not see him again till yesterday.
Morng he came abot. ½ past 8 o' Clock & when this
Dept saw him he said John, I think gon look very
ill he replied that he was this Dept. at his request gave
him a little Gin & Waterbe set in the Tap abts 1 hour & then
went away He returned again & saw in the Tap till about
6 o'Clock in the afternoon & went up the yard he returned soon &
Stand [..] in the Tapuponabt. one hour mac & died about
seven o' Clock this Dept& othrs. thoughthas no
