taken this 23d. Jany 1794 at
the House of John Weems< no role > Sign of the Green Coat
Boy near Tothill Fields Bridewell Parish of St. Margaret
on view of the Body of David Wilkinson< no role > a prisoner
in Tothill Fields Bridewell

Wm. Bryan< no role > Turnkey of Tothill Fields Bridewell
being sworn deposeth and saith, the deced was
committed on a Common Warrant by Justice addington
for assaulting & beating his wife Wifeon 17 May
last-that for upwards of a Month last the
Deced has appeared to this Dept. to be in a
pining Stall-but parts orderly further last
10 days the deced has appeared who like
a Man in a deep Decline - Exhat during the
last fortnight he has had constantly
several Things brot. to him 5 his Servant
& what Medical Assistance could be
rendered to the Deced, this Dept believes
be had-He died in Tothill Fields on the
22d. August 1794 - a natural Death,
the Deced formerly kept a Cheesemonger

Verdict
That David Wilkinson< no role > dieda Prisoner in Tothill
Fields Bridewell died in the said Prison a natural Death
on Friday August 22d. 1794.
