Mill Bank being sworn deposeth and saith, that he was driving
him Mastr's teem to Market on ThursdayTuesdayMorning
the 21st. Imt. about three o'Clock [..] this
Dept. was them poping thro' a Lane near Mr
Lewis's from Mill Bank to Tothill Fields
& he saw the deced lying in the Road
about 20 yds before him. This Dept
went up to him but not being able to
make him speak he drove him team
or one Side of him & then stopped & went
again to the deced when he found that
he was suite dead this Dept. as far as
he can judge has no doubt but that he
