Mount street Parish of St. George Hanover Square touching the Death
of Benjamin Baker< no role >

being sworn deposeth and saith, that he & Ges: Jones was
at Wak in the Garden of Much Jones in Hyde
Park about done to the Serpentine 4 seat two O'Clock Yesterday
& come people cried out Boat, Boat this
Dept. with said Sess. Jours immediately
got the Boat out & in about 5 Minutes
they got the deced out of the water this
Dept. beleives the dece'd became been
Nine quite dead. there were two going
her at the Water Side who said they
came there [..] with the deced.
This dept. has us reason to doubt
but that the deced was accidentally
drowned this Dept. saith there
were several persons bathing at
the same time. Means were used
by the Faculty [..] the deced, but
without effect.
