Richard Prentice of Saint James's Journeyman & Mr.
Richard Hudson< no role > Butler being sworn and
exammd upon his Oath saith That on
Saturday last between Pue and five o'Clock on
the Afternoon as the deceased and William John
were together Saint James's Marshal Jackson
in Play there a Bill of Chip of him which the
Deceased examed and says the [..]

deponent does not recollect, but they both
became in good humour again but continued
still Jo [..] or abusing each other in the
slang stile That the deceased making use
of same harsh Language toHall the heldJackson
told him if he say so again he would come and
send him upon which the deceased again
upcoding the work Jackson came round to the
deceased who immediately lad held of Jackson
Shall and lord it, That the deceased themselves
faster held of Jackson and pulld two Head
down with great Valen gamst a Tub
