nearly oppositeto the said Place where
the Person was, and told Mr. Deluce
the Landlord what she had seen, and he
immediately returned back with this
Deponent to the place where the deced
was and Mr. Deluce took hold of
him by the Shoulders and desired this
Deponent to go and send some Persons
to assist him to get the deceased up
from the Place when he had fallen
down which she did but did not
return With no again as she was
terrified with (what she had seen and
was advised by some Neighbour not
to return [..] as there were person
enough to afirst Mr. De Luce.

him to go to the deceased which he did
with he and when he got there a
man

man was passing by with a Bucket
of Cloaths upon his Head whose name is Buckland and this
Deponent desired him to assist him
[..] to help up the deceased, whereupon
this Deponent took hold of the deced
by the Shoulders and the other Man
Buckland went into the Garden Ground and
held the deceased by the Hams which
this Deponent extricated the Chris
and arms of the deceased from the
Fence Rail, whereupon the deceased
the slid down into the said Garden
Ground and the said Buckland
and one John Craig< no role > carried the
deceased immediately from thence
across the Road to the Lodge of
St. George's Workhouse at which
time he appeared to be quite dead
he believing the felt day [..] there accidentally
which over the Cause of his [..]
