Informations taken this 27th. July 1793
at the Dwelling House of
Aldridgeknown by the Sign of the Cross, Keys Long Acre
in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields touching
the Death of Ann Lewis< no role > .

Andw. Oakley< no role > of Key And being Jurors saith that, the
watchman in Compy with another [..] abot. half
past 11 o'Clock this Mercy Knock [..] at this
Dept. HouseHe instantly more & asked been
what he wanted to replied the wished to go
backward & added awake make [..] -this Dept.
immediately opened the Door & she watchman
with the other person instantly entered the House
Shaped thro' into the said, & as soon as this
a mod. them the watchman exclaimed here
She hisher & all Apothecary came very
soon came in saith the assistance of the
watchman she was put into a chair
Mr Hall Declared he could not do my thing & recommented
her to be taken to a Hospital the [..] died [..]
then [..] hour
