Informations of Witnesses taken this 11th.
day of July 1793 at the House of
Sign of the Feathers in Dean Street parish
of St. Margt. was just on View of the Body of

John Tomkyns< no role > No. 3 Paved Alley St. James being
Sworn saith that he hath Known the deced Goo
upwards of three years past, that yesterday Morning
became to this Deponents House very ill in Company
with and the Person this Deponent the Deced & hisunto theMother got
into a Coach & Duke in the Westmr. Infirmary
he was there examined & interrogated by Dr Morris &
he was desired to return into some airy Situation for some
time, when a Gentlemen told this Dept. they could
could not Possibly admit the Deced into the
HospitaltheReason of the great Danger that
might possibly insult form it After this the
Apothecary same to this Dept. divers Medicines &
told him what was necessary to be afflict take
Deced Some time after this the Deced was put
into a Coach together with his Mother & this
Deponent walked nearly by the Side of the
Coach by the time the Coach had moved
nearly opposite to the Warehouses in Petty
France, the Mother of the Deced called
to this Deponent he stopped the Coach &
