<p n="1670">12 o'Clock Yesterday at noon she went to him<lb></lb>
as usual when he order'd his Dinner and<lb></lb>
appeared to he very low and dejected and<lb></lb>
said he was very bad and would have fallon<lb></lb>
down if she had not supported him and<lb></lb>
said in like manner as he had numbers of<lb></lb>
times before, he wished some body would<lb></lb>
shoot him his hands shook very much<lb></lb>
and said he had the Palsey, desired her to<lb></lb>
very him some strawberries which she did<lb></lb>
and when she returned he was gone out<lb></lb>
and she left the strawberries in the<obscured></obscured>

board in the Parlour and went out of the<lb></lb>
house again immediately upon other business<lb></lb>
and returned again about ½ part 2 and was<lb></lb>
then informed he was up Stairsthat at<lb></lb>
3 o'Clock his Dinner being ready, she went up<lb></lb>
Stairs to his bed Chamber the door of which<lb></lb>
was Partly open and upon her entering the<lb></lb>
Room she saw the deceased ritting in a<lb></lb>
Chair with his head reclining over the back<lb></lb>

Quantity of blood on the Floor<lb></lb>
had pit appeared to this Deponent that he has<obscured></obscured>

thro' the Head with a Pistol which was in his night hand and to be quite dead.<lb></lb>
