they observed that the deceased had not been
down for his Milk and after Drink this
Deponent went up to his Door which was
fastn locked in their as [..] and he as hird him
if he was not well and he answered [..]
in the affirmative and that he had [..] purposingbutand he would not
have any thing but would get up by
and by and at 5 this Deponent Wife
wenttoand asked the deceased the
same Questions and he gave her the same
Answers and that he would get up
presently and about half part nine
at Night a the deceased had not
been down Stairs or called for any
refastmt. or Assistance this Deponent
went up Stairs and knocked at his
Chamber Doorbutand called him
by this Name several times but as he
made no Answer he burst open the
Door when he found the deceased lying
on the bed with his Foot on hanging
on the Floor and appeared to be quite
dead

dead whereupon this Deponent went
immediately to Mr. Crookshanks a
Surgeon in Leicester Square who
came with this Deponent and
examined him andfound tosaid he was
quite dead. This Deponent has appeared
at different times to be of [..]

1st. July he was sent for about nine
in the Evening to see the deceased when
he found him to ill appearance
dead and upon opening the Body this
day and from the Contants in the Chamber
pot he is inclined to believe that
must have taken some dranic or other Prison
