Cough that this Deponent their went to bed
and a considerable time afterwards but here
long this deponent could not tell the deceased
asked him for something to drank when he told
him he had a Quart put of water by the Bed
Side and he answered that would no do for
her wanted some Gin or Bur but being this Depont way Hughes
did not at to lath to him but call to the Mind

Maid Servt. came into the Room but 7 & 8 in

screamed very loud and said that the Maid
appeared to her to lye across the bed and to
be dead and this deponent in immediately
got up and went to the deced and
found him to be dead whereupon he
came down Stairs and a Cyne inted his
Master who sent him to Mr. John

who declared he was dead and part
all means of recovery
