Information of Witness taken the 2nd
day of July 1793 in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square at the House of Thomas
Telling
< no role > the sign of the Spread Eagle on
Mill Bank Westmr.

John Pawel< no role > of Chelsey Surgeon being Sworn
deponent and saith that on Sunday evening the 30th of abo [..]
June last he was requested to come to a man at the
spread Egle on Mill Bank Westmr. who had a Fit
and was then dying or dead, whereupon this Depont.
went immediately and found the deceased laid on a
Table in a room at the about House and found
that he had no Pulse or any other sign of life
in him [..] to opened a vein but without
any good Effect for no blood issued forth nor
was [..] very appin [..] marks violence on his body and
from reverse Circumstances he easily believes
[..] of an appoplexy
