John the Evangelist Westminster at
the Dwelling house of Lionel Galley< no role >
the Sign of the Kings Arms in the
Bowling Alley Westmr Before Anthony
Gell

aforesaid touching the Death of
Thomas Wickham< no role > .

Charles Whitroe< no role > of Great Peter Street Westmr
Broker being sworn saith that Yesterday
(Tuesday the 14th. Instant) in he was coming
along the Bowling Alley he observed a Crowd
of People and when he went up to them he
observed the deceased supported by two person
and seized with convulsive [..] wth
to thought [..] Symptoms of Death and
being obliged to go a little further or some
business he returned in almost fifteen
Minutes when he return he was informed
he was died
