a Person under the Water and the they brought Body to the Shore<lb></lb>
at the End of the Serpentine River when it appeared<lb></lb>
to be the Body of a poor, old man<del>was</del>
in a Stable Waistcoat<lb></lb>
and a Horse Cloth bound round him, and he appeared<lb></lb>
to have layn in the Wath a considerable time being<lb></lb>
bloated and in a very putrid State but when how and<lb></lb>
by what means he came to his death they did Know<lb></lb>
nor could they get any Information.</p>
