the said John Hodgkins< no role > held up the
deceased and this deponent act the Lord
and they laid her upon the Bed when the
deceased appeared to be quite lifeless
cold and stiff.

Surgeon being sworn saith that in Consequence of the deceased
Husbands broking his Thigh who was and
is a Patient in St. James's Parish Infirmary
he had frequent occasion of seeing the deceased
and during the different times could not
help remarking that she appeared a
weak old woman whole Intellect did
not sum to be of the strongest kind,
with respect to the late Accident, he did
know of it until after death.
