Square being Sworn, Saith that onlast
the fifth February 1793 as he was in Company with
Elias Harris< no role > & passing by Piccadilly between the hours
of Ten & Eleven o' Clock he there saw Several persons
round a House in Piccadilly who said that a Child
was Dean in the Area Whereupon this Deponent
went down into the Area & found in a small there
a Handkerchief which contained an Infant Male
Child dead this Deponent handed it up to
the said Elias Harris< no role > His Deponent Saith
further that no Marks of Violence appeared on
the Body of the said ChildHis Deponent saith
that he does not know low avid by what Means
the said Child unknown came to its death.

That the SaidMoVerdict Infant Male Child was
found dead, but how & by what Means it came
to the Death no Evidence thereof doth appear to the Jurors.
