Richard Marsh< no role > a private a 2d. Regimt. of Foot Guard
being sworn saith that he was onfrad
at the back of the Queens Garden on Tuesday
Night last the 18th. Decr 1792 at 9 o'Clock
he found the Decedat hislying down by his Box
in a very Stupefied & senseless State, this
Depont. gave him all the Assistance
in his power. he sent for Mr Wright
the Padrole & the Watchmanshortlythe Watchman
sentassisted as much as he could & asked
Mr Wrighttowhat he should Mr Wright
replied he had nothing to do in the case
