saith the Deced had not much Appearance
of Life in him, how & by what Means
the said Jean Pascal met with this
Misfortune this Depont. cannot say.

Wm Rd. Morell< no role > Surgeon , being sworn
saith, that he saw the Deced about
time o'Clock an Sunday Evening lait
that the Deced was in a stupfied
State & continued in such a State
till thursday Morning about two Clock
Every Application that was
necessary in his Case was given
to the Deced but without effect
as he died on Thursday Morns last
the 22d Just at the said Infimary
at this Deponent declaires that the
Fractures which the said Jean
Paskel had reced on his Scull
was the Cause of his Death

acquainted intimately for twenty years with the Deced & is of opinion
Deced was deranged in his Mind

Verdict
That Jeanpascalpaschal Euchereau< no role > was a lunatic
& did Kill himself by throwing himself
out of a window
