to wit,
An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King at the Parish of Saint Anne Soho in Liste Street Princes Street
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex , the twenty Second day of November 1792 in the thirty third
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of
Great-Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Anthony
Gell
< no role > , Esq. Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City and Liberty, on
View of the Body of Mary Bright< no role > then and there lying dead , upon
the Oath of Thomas Clarke< no role > , william Sims< no role > , Joseph Armstrong< no role > , Luke Dignam< no role > ,
Mathew Corner< no role > , James Fitzpatrick< no role > John Grieve< no role > , Robert Jeffersons< no role > ,

good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Mary Bright< no role > came to
her Death, do upon their Oath say that the saith Mary Bright< no role > on the Sixteenth
day of November in the year aforesaid, at the Parish & in the Liberty aforesaid
and for a long time before being afflicted with a certain Disease, To Wit a Dropses
On the said Sixteenth day of November, in the year aforesaid at the
Parish, and in the Liberty aforesaid, of the Disease aforesaid
To Wit the Dropsy by the Visitation of God, in a natural
Way did die, and not from any Violence or Bruises offered to the
said Mary Bright< no role > by John Courtney< no role > , or by any other Person or
Personsto the Knowledge of the said Jurors.

In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the
said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their hands and Seals the
Day, year & Place above written.
