sworn Saith. That as he was going to work

on Tuesday the 6th Just thro the Green

he there Saw the Deceased
in a certain Piece of water there called
the Queen's Bason in St. Martins
Parish Whereupon the
Deponent Procured a fetch Ferk, &
with the Assistance of his Companion
brought the Deced out of the Water
who was at this time Perfectly dead
His Deponent found two Shillings and
four pence in the pockets of the
Deced & this Deponent for the saith
that there was a Silver Watch also
in his Pockets, & that the Deced her
also a pair of Silver Buckles in his Shoes
