10 Minutes before 10 O' Clock in the Eveng. when he went
away, but prior to his leavg this Deponents Lodging
the Wife of this Depont. askd. him what time he would
be use for Breakfast, the followg Morng, and his Answ
was, he could not till that it dependet entirely upon
his Nights lastThis Deponent further Saith that
the Deced has been unwell for a Mouth part,
of [..] the last Fortnight was not able to
work This Deponent saith that the Deced had
had very low Spirits for some time past, but
what was the Cause this Deponent does
not know,&or by what Means he came to
his Death.

the last Month rather Melancholy &unhappy [..]

seen him since that time or does she know
by what Means he came to his Death
