Informations taken this 7th. day of July 1792
in the Parish of Saint Anne Soho on the Body
of Antonio Leopoldi< no role >

Edward Manley< no role > of the George in Princes Street
in the Parish of St. Anne Soho being sworn
saith that the deced came to lodge at his house
about three Weeks ago and about nine days
ago was taken ill and complained of a sore
Throat and Pain in his Breast [..] but was able
to go out, that this Deponent told the [..]
[..] of deced that it was very inconvinient
for him to continue at his house and they
endeavoured to get a Letter for him to
be admitted into the Middlesex Hospital
but did not succeed whereupon this Deponent
applied to the Overseers of St. Annes
Parish to admit him into the workhouse
and agreed to allow him five Shillings a
Week during his Continuance there,
that on Friday morning last the sixth Instant
this Deponent sent for a Coach and the deceased
walked down Stairs [..] with the Assistance of his
Friends who helped the deceased into the Coach and
ordered the above John Fellows< no role > the Beadle went
in the Coach likewise and ordered the Coachman
to drive to St. Anne's Workhouse.
